On Sunday 15th Jan, an enthusiastic group of SCCA members met at McDonalds McGraths Hill. Seems like it was a popular start point for car and bike clubs similar to us. We stood around and had a chat to our members and a few fellow vehicle enthusiasts.
We headed off via Pitt Town and Maroota, exploring the back roads along the way to Glenorie. Arriving at the RSL we parked the cars up and went inside for lunch. Here we were met by a few other members who decided to head straight there.
Sitting around inside we all had a great catch up about Christmas, New Years, the cars and everything in between. After an enjoyable lunch we all went our separate ways.
Well done to Peter Stanton who made the long drive from Morisset to meet us for lunch.
Next year we will look to hold the same New Year catch up, but change to a new location. If you have any ideas, please contact Sharon social@spriteclub.com
Attendees: Brian and Robyn Thompson, Ricky Mishra, Mike Meadows, Graham and Liz Wells, David Ramage, John Saul, Greg and Leah Holden, Peter Stanton, Sharon Allen, Avis Fowler.
